35bdd Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 35bdd website accessible at https://35bdd.io, including all pages, subdomains, and associated mobile-browser interfaces.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created on the Platform by a verified player aged 21 years or above.
• "Player Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a player's Account at any given time, excluding pending bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spin winnings, cashback amounts, or any other non-cash incentive credited to an Account and subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on a casino game, live table, crash game, or sports event through the Platform.
• "MFS" means Mobile Financial Services, referring to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other mobile-based payment channels available in Bangladesh.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied to player accounts as described in Section 2 of these Terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an Account on 35bdd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while your Account remains active.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register Accounts.
• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving OTP verification messages.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from 35bdd or have a suspended or closed Account that has not been formally reinstated by 35bdd.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or family member of an employee of 35bdd or any of its technology or game-supply partners.

Each player may hold only one Account on 35bdd. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of the reason for creation. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery process rather than registering a new Account. Operating multiple Accounts will result in the closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided — including name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details — is accurate, complete, and not misleading. You agree to notify 35bdd promptly if any registered information changes. 35bdd accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the player.

3 Account Management

Your 35bdd Account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorised it. Specifically:

• You must keep your username and password confidential at all times and must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not permit any other person to access or operate your Account, including family members, friends, or agents.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (OTP) as required by 35bdd's security framework.
• You must notify 35bdd immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account by contacting [email protected].

Account Verification

35bdd may require KYC documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal above ৳10,000, or when unusual account activity is detected. Required documents may include a copy of a National ID Card (NID), birth certificate, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 35bdd support may result in temporary Account suspension and delayed withdrawals.

Account Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting 35bdd support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before closure is completed. 35bdd may close or suspend an Account without notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the Platform.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

35bdd accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other supported Bangladeshi payment channels as listed in the Platform's cashier section. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your Player Balance instantly under normal operating conditions. 35bdd does not charge fees on deposits; however, your MFS provider may apply its standard transaction fees independently.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted. 35bdd reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected to have originated from a third-party source and to suspend the associated Account pending investigation.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same MFS account or bank channel used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Standard processing time for withdrawals is 1–4 hours from the time the request is submitted during normal operating hours. Requests submitted during periods of high volume or MFS provider maintenance may take longer; 35bdd targets a maximum processing time of 24 hours in all circumstances.

• Withdrawals of amounts above ৳10,000 within a 24-hour period may be subject to additional identity verification.
• Bonus Balance is not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• 35bdd reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending investigation.
• In cases of account closure initiated by 35bdd for breach of Terms, any outstanding balance will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable law.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

35bdd offers promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback arrangements, and seasonal event promotions to eligible registered players. All promotions are governed by these Terms and by the specific promotional terms published at the time each offer is made available. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms prevail for that promotion only.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x) will be stated clearly in the promotional terms for each offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money wagers in eligible games. Certain game categories (e.g., live dealer tables, specific jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded entirely — this will be stated in the promotional terms.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All casino games and sports betting markets on 35bdd are governed by the rules of the respective game provider or sportsbook operator in addition to these Terms. In the event of a discrepancy between game-level rules and these Terms, the game-level rules apply for that specific game or market.

Sports Betting

Bets placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets are subject to the specific market rules in force at the time the bet is placed. 35bdd reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on a market that was offered in error, where odds were clearly incorrect, or where the event outcome has already been determined at the time of placement. In-play bets are accepted subject to live data availability; any bet accepted after the relevant event outcome has occurred may be voided at 35bdd's discretion.

Casino Games

All casino game outcomes — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual table games — are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software provided by the relevant game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others). 35bdd does not control or influence game outcomes. In the event of a technical error during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned to the Player Balance.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 35bdd and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false registration information, using stolen or fraudulent payment credentials, impersonating another player or 35bdd staff member, or any other fraudulent conduct.
• Money Laundering: Using 35bdd for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. 35bdd will report suspected money laundering activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live table games, or sports betting markets, including through the use of shared information networks or external signalling.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to place bets, fulfil wagering requirements, or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard players.
• Exploit Abuse: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in games or betting markets to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or reversal on a deposit to 35bdd while retaining winnings derived from that deposit. 35bdd will pursue recovery of such amounts through all available legal channels.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the Platform while under the age of 21. This is a serious violation and will be reported where legally required.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming and sports betting as a registered player. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior written consent of 35bdd.

Any breach of this section will result in immediate Account closure and may give rise to legal action for intellectual property infringement.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 35bdd's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or bet, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

35bdd shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by internet connectivity issues, device failure, or MFS provider downtime.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their Account credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, punitive, or speculative losses of any kind, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events as defined in Section 1 of these Terms.
• Decisions made by game RNG systems, which are certified by independent third parties and outside the operational control of 35bdd.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 35bdd makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the suitability of any game or market for any particular purpose. You use the Platform at your own risk.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

35bdd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Registration data (name, mobile number, date of birth) is collected for account creation and KYC verification purposes only.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Dispute Resolution
